Nine citizen members and three ex-officio members make up the 12-member Board of Water Quality, Oil and Gas. The Board’s primary duties are rule promulgation and enforcement and permit hearing appeals. The Director of the Division of Water Resources serves as the Board’s Technical Secretary.
